HyperCard 2.0 supports multiple windows. We have simulated windows in this course so that you will get accustomed to them. They act like the windows you use in the Macintosh Finder.


When you are finished examining what is in a window and want to see what’s underneath again, click on the window’s close box, or outside the window. Only then will the buttons in the window underneath be active—they won’t respond until you close the window that’s on top ! (Although the close box works, you cannot drag or resize these simulated windows.)
